Meredith Shafer, JD, is a national speaker and author who has spent the last 15 years as the Executive Director of a multi-million dollar nonprofit in the Oklahoma City area. She has dedicated her education and experience to raising awareness of PTSD and addiction. Her latest book, Mad Cow: A PTSD Love Story is her family's journey through addiction to the hope of recovery. Included in her role as S.T.O.R.M. Inc.'s Chief Executive/Finanacial Officer, Meredith also pastors the now global STORM Shelter Zoom Video Conference on Monday's at noon. She is also a Freedom Ministries Campus leader in her home church in Edmond, OK.

George Shafer is a retired veteran of 15 years from the United States Army. He now employs a multifaceted strategic approach to his recovery, which he now shares with others. He has devoted most of his life to defending freedom, and now fights for the total eradication of the epidemic of addiction in the 405. George speaks often and freely about his 22 year addiction and struggle with PTSD to venues across the state. In addition to his duties as Chief Executive/Operations Officer with STORM Inc., he also pastors the now global STORM Shelter Zoom Video Conference held Mondays at noon. George also continues to lead the Men's Ministry and Freedom Ministries at his home church in Edmond, OK.
